training today.. have to bring tt huge bulky heavy annoying cooler every training from now on. mp checked our coolers and made us fill it to the brim for weights. 6 sets of 10, idk how to describe but it was PAINFUL. 5 sets of 20 jump over the bench. 6 sets of 10 some waterpolo pass. 5 sets of 5 run thingy and gamed for a bit. kickboxing on friday! followed by weights (N)
scs was okay, its like taking double history more seqs coming my way. stress is pilling up and ITS ONLY TUESDAY.
